• Although the sales side of the company provides good deals. The level of service supplied by the Service Department falls very short of what most people would expect. They are totally disorganised. The first service we had booked with them was a disaster. When we arrived they could not find the booking and then said they could not book us in. So we had to return at a later date. We booked an MOT and were asked to ensure the car was there by 9:30. At 15:00 we returned and the MOT had not been done. When we said that we were not happy with service and that we would go elsewhere in future. The reply was well that's up to you. Which it is and we would not use there services again. Additional information to this is that Chippenham Motor Company are more expensive than other Kia garages in the area. Definitely would not recommend Chippenham Motor Company.
