• This shop used to be great for toys, but they have moved over more and more to clothes. They say they sell customers' stuff but really it's all buy-by-weight. If you look through into the warehouses at the back they're getting their stock in big vacuum packed plastic bags. On the toys they often even leave the bags on.

• I understand where Sophie is coming from but I have been caught out by their intake periods before and, after witnessing the amount of bags they get in within 10mins (when I was dropping some winter clothes off), I realised why they are strict with their intakes. I know it is frustrating but I started calling ahead every so often to check dates and limits and I have found it has saved me such time and hassle. I know it doesn't excuse rudeness but they've always been pleasant to me.

• I found the staff here rude and unfriendly and not willing to answer questions. It was obvious they were stressed however you should not show this to potential customers. Their manner was that They were doing US an enormous favour by taking our goods. They would do good to remember they are only in business because the likes of us DO bring our goods in! I asked people in the car park their opinion and it was the same.
