• The salesman John straight away said trust him for 25 years experiences to sort out the window leaking problem. Definitely he is a top salesman who know how to persuade his customer to pay for their service. Need to pay half of total amount of the job (£800). Afterward their staffs came to repair but they seem no idea how to fix it. The salesman then told me that he needed to leave and let his colleagues stayed here to sort out the problem. Before he left he asked me the address and then he put it on his mobile phone. Now i know he won't answer the call anymore as it shows that your address on his mobile and he knew you were his customer. Still the window leaking problem not sort, call their company number and the lady receptionist said put the job on their list and no way to know how long they turn up. Wait for a month they turn up for second fix. Unfortunately after six days, it's leaking again the wait for another month to turn up to remix. Its a non stop wait to fix. Must avoid this company.
