• Not happy with service received yesterday. Counter seemed short staffed, attendant not paying full attention to product, I had to ask for different skin type toner as she gave me wrong one, but after pushy hard sale and buying £47 worth of product I was handed a Tin as a summer gift instead of the lovely summer bag I was expecting. I was especially really looking forward to the chubby stick and Happy Perfume sample and was doubly disappointed to find out that not only the box content didn't match the bag but some samples were missing! I am extremely annoyed and although I am a regular customer I am considering switching my daughter's and my skin care products to Liz Earle products :(
