• A mean return policy. My wife bought a shrug. We returned it 12 days later as it failed to sit nicely over a wedding outfit purchased for our daughters wedding in September. The return was accepted but credit note given. A pity Clothes Horse could not see they're way to offering cash refund. A mean gesture. Will not return.
