• The woman who answers the phone is so rude and dismissive and has twice messed up, once with a missed train to Wales and a missed flight at a very high price. Owing to taxis being late/ not turning up. She has no idea how to speak to people and gets very defensive when caught out . This is not good for customer relations especially when the original drivers all appear to have left, prices gone up and the company is going from bad to worse. Don’t use if you want to reach your destination l definitely never will again.
