• Do not go near this decorating company. Whatever their response is to this review, it is an honest and truthful account of the most atrocious painting and decorating we have ever seen. They have totally ruined what should have been an exciting new start in our move to a bungalow for my disabled wife. First off, they have ruined beautiful oak doors with their attempts at putting a varnish stain on with patchy application, brush marks, runs and heaping of varnish - they didn’t even take the ironmongery off to do some of it, so now every door is having to be replaced. Every light switch and socket in the house has a 2 inch brush border around - they couldn’t be bothered to tape up or take off the plates to achieve a good finish. As to the architraves, well the last time they came back to have a go, it looks like they painted matt emulsion over satinwood on the bottom 18 inches of the door frames. And cutting in in, well I think they use a wallpaper pasting brush to do that! It’s sloppy, lazy and really inexcusably terrible workmanship and despite 3 attempts to snag it, it’s only got worse to the point we wouldn’t let our builder bring them back into our home. They sent to Belarus to get a proper professional in and he’s done a brilliant job of making good this companies bad. Do not be deceived by the ‘glossy website’ - the workmanship we experienced was shocking.
