• This experience was a farce from start to finish. They did not turn up on the first day. Told us their best fitter had fallen off a ladder. Later proved to be a lie. Two years on we are having to pay for a new roof at £6,500. Should not have to do this. They do not respond to letters, emails, and never answer the phone. I could go on and on, but life is too short. DO NOT chose this company. You have to give them a star rating to get your comments accepted but they are not even worth one star!

• Poor service windows fitted and paid for on completion. Failed to register the installation with CERTASS or to complete building reg registration. does not reply to e-mail or letters. Do not use!

• Very disappointing. Products OK but customer service and after sales leaves a lot to be desired. Had to make many calls as some of the work was unsatisfactory and further numerous calls to obtain the guarantee paperwork. From the initial visit from the Salesman I expected a 'hassle free' job but this was far from what I got. Would not recommend. |
