• I am an 80yr old man ,who is hard of hearing .i came with my wife for a blood test and a chest X-ray ,we were able to get an X-ray but were told we would have to go on line to book a blood test ,we are not computer literate I could not hear what she was saying ,I felt she had no respect for old people,if it wasn’t for a young nurse who came to my wife’s aid I don’t know what we would have done
