• One of the waitresses was rude my gammon was full of fat when ordered an extra egg did not receive it asked for a tea spoon for my little boy to eat his spaghetti hoops & they forgot didn't receive one had to get up ask again for a tea spoon whilst my food was getting cold & to top it off they had a wasp problem

• ever since mike and partner have left to manage the copper beach the drayton cock has only gone one way thats downhill on our resent visit it is still doing that prices up no mon to fri deals after going there for the last 5 years me and my wife are going elsewhere

• I ordered my drinks before ordering the meal. One of the drinks was not what I asked for, I pointed it out but paid anyway. Shortly afterwards I ordered our meals (4 basic main courses .. scampi, cheeseburger and two lasagnes). Would you believe it took forty minutes to microwave these meals. Could the delay have been that I had the audacity to mention I received the wrong drink? The alarm bells should have rang when I ordered the food and was told I must pay for the meal or give a credit card number before ordering!! That can only be because of dissatisfied customers questioning the bill. A potentially pleasant evening with my sis .. spoiled by ignorance and bad service. Guess who won't be going back to the Cock Inn again. Some basic lessons in civility and a little professionalism are urgently required here.
