• I would implore anyone reading this review or considering purchasing anything from Consortium to think again and endeavour to purchase elsewhere. They have no after sales service whatsoever, their website is clearly defective as it allows orders to be processed for out of stock items. The complany as a whole apparently has no concept or understanding of the sale of goods act. They have absoluteley no interest in resolving customer complaints, when mistakes are made by consortium they look to blame the reason for the mistake that they are too busy and are clearly unable or unwilling to accept any of the blame for their own shortcomings and have no qualms whatsoever in breaching contracts with their customers. Therefore i would implore anyone considering purchasing from Consortium to avoid them like the plague. Absoluteley disgusted with the shocking level of customer service received and WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.
