• Avoid at all costs. Completely agree with review above. Slow, incompetent ('miss' letters and emails), lazy and arrogant.

• They either had a lack of knowledge or didn't think to pass the knowledge on to me the client, and as a result I got hit with a huge surprise bill of £1,500 some months after I had thought my dealings with them were over. No resolution to my complaint, astonishingly incompetent. Slow to respond to correspondance, and basically messed my life up quite considerably.
