• This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. There is NO customer service. They promise to call you back and never do. Even after repeated phone calls. No spare parts on any tools they sell. No help whatsoever to find replacement parts. I would not recommend this company.

• Three days running I was led to believe the delivery was being made. I rearranged my plans accordingly yet no delivery was made. When asked, I was told tales such as there was restricted access, was it at the end of a track? Other delivery drivers/visitors have no issues. The third day it took them all of 12 minutes to decide that they couldn’t deliver for the third day in a row. When I rang Coopers I was repeatedly promised someone would sort it out but twice no one called back and when they did they went over old ground. Poor customer service. I could forgive once but the same problem three days in a row? I complained but it never got me any where

• Ordered garden hammock on Monday night and it was delivered within 72 hours. We were told to allow 28 days for delivery. Brilliant product and brilliant service.

• ordered 4 items on 1-4-13 then heard nothing from them until i got a confirmation e-mail on the 19th-4-13 telling me they were now being dispatched and i actually recieved the goods on the 22-4-13 . there was faults with 2 items ie- stitching coming undone on the sheath for garden machete and one of the sharpening stone wheels was buckled. im not sending them back as i dont fancy waiting that long again for replacements. i could have got all 4 items from amazon in between 1 & 4 days !!! did not use amazon this time as i like to give my custom to various companys but will definetly check delivery times next time i order from anyone other than amazon .

• This is a dreadful firm to order from on line as you never get the orders. Contact them for news and if they can stir themselves to even reply the staff are extremely rude.I would never waste my time dealing with them again.

• People tell me the products are good but i cant comment yet as mine have not arrived after 4 weeks. I have emailed Coopers Of Stortford on a few occasions and they have actualy replied to my first email 9 days after i sent it but just a standard email telling me nothing. From reports i have read since first placing my order it apears that the shop itself is very helpful but if you order online they treat you like something unpleasant that you step in and have to wash of your shoe. If they advertise online ordering then they should have the system and staff in place - something they seem not to have thought of. This is the 21st century if they cant cope with it they should pack it in.
