• Following a crash, our insurers arranged for copart to collect our car. I was phoned the day before collection and told that it would be coolected the following day between 8.00am and 2.00pm. I was also told that I didn't need to be in, if I could leave the key under a bin -- and that no paperwork was needed. As we are used to people having difficulty finding us, I decided I would wait in. At 4.40pm I rang to see what was happening. I was told that the driver would be rung and asked to ring me directly, to let me know where he was. After no call, I rang again at 5.00pm and was told that he would be with us between 6.00 and 7.00pm. He finally arrived at 7.20pm AND he needed the log book -- even though I was told that nothing was needed and I needn't be in!!!!!! While on hold over the phone, I was treated to blurb about this firm's "legendary service"! More like "notorious service" I would say.
