• It can be a friendly environment as most of the staff are generally good and helpful. But unfortunately this shop has a major downfall with one of its female staff members who is more than likely going to be short of basic customer service skills. It can be very unpleasant if she is in the shop as her mood swings is something you will soon realise are unpredictable .I don't understand why her unpleasant nature should be allowed to dictate the atmosphere of the place and how Corals can employ what is a moody , unfriendly and miserable staff that they have in the Columpton shop. Best to avoid it if you can.
