• absolutly right, my granny was in tears after the awful way she was treated here. definetly the worst customer service you are likely to experience anywhere.

• absolutly awful, my wife is disabled and they refused to even allow her to stay in the store. never have i visited anywhere which has such a terrible attitude to disabled people, avoid at all costs, prices are double what you would expect to pay from a decent optitians.
