• Stormed out of my house saying he hoped it would cost a fortune to fit my fire. This miserable man moaned all the time he was in my house. Saying " sorry I started this " and kept on and on while he dropped his tools continuously on my teak floor. I explained exactly what I wanted him to do on his second visit and sent him photographs . I had my family with me and he came and winged and argued for ten minutes all my family were astonished at his wrong attitude and talked about little else for an hour after. He agreed a price then doubled it as he arrived my family are aware of this and he can't deny it. This guy needs a holiday.
