• Final part... There was zero support or sympathy & I was left feeling hopelessly discarded. To top their empty promises & shameful denies, I was told that I had confused the ‘first refusal’ situation; however even if it was first come first serve, did Gabriel fail to hear my offer which came first anyway?

• Cont'd...I followed up with Amy on Monday (Gabriel only works Sat) to learn the other couple offered asking price & furthermore that she didn’t know anything about conversations with Gabriel regarding being given first refusal. The info between agents was so disjointed it didn’t ring true, but final advice was that the landlord wasn’t accepting counter offers; So that was that.

• I viewed a 3bd rental, managed by Amy Hartley & Gabriel @Country Properties on Saturday 16th March 2016 at 09:45. Upon viewing I confirmed to Gabriel that I would take the property. He advised another viewing was booked, but I would have ‘first refusal’. I was concerned, but Gabriel confidently reassured me & I trusted his advice.
