• I broke my glasses prior to my appointment, so drove wearing my prescription sunglasses. When I arrived yesterday for my 2 pm appointment with Leanne, I left them in the car. I explained exactly what I did and did not want. I took photographs with me. I had shoulder length hair and wanted a straight horizontal cut level with the tip of my chin, I have been given a v cut. The hair was to be left full on the top, then from the knobbly bit at the back of the head down; shaped and layered in. I asked for this to be done on a straight horizontal, too. I specifically said that I did not want a ^ cut as that creates heavy sides which I hate. I have a ^ cut ! The hair at the back, from the crown should be 5-6 inches long, she has cut it to 1.5 inches and thinned it so vigorously I feel almost bald. The overall shape is wrong and the length is wrong. Without my specs, I was unable to appreciate how bad this cut is. I am devastated as it has taken me nearly a year to grow out all the layers. It is now nearly quarter to four in the morning and I cannot sleep because I am so angry and upset.
