• Sadly, would not recommend this pub - slow service and food not always the best. Have been a couple of times and the steak was tough. Will not visit again and will not be recommending!

• Would not recommend having a meal at this pub, sadly. Third time of visiting and having to wait ages for meal to come and food not up to standard. Back in April the pheasant was overcooked and tough - great birthday meal! Decided to go back and give it another go with friends - waited ages for the starter and my husband's steak was tough and inedible. Landlord aware, but no reflection on the bill! The owners' young children were constantly running through the bar area and their young daughter was actually behind the bar at one point! Real shame, we were there on a Saturday night and the lack of customers spoke for itself! Sadly will not return and not recommend.
