• Shame to stop using them, however after being told 3 times now the delivery would be between 50 mins to 1 hour and waiting up to 2 1/2 hours on one occasion and nearly two ours on the next, tonight was the final straw at 1 hour 40 mins. As I have to go to work at 220hrs, I consider only having 20 mins to plate up and eat my dinner before work is not good enough, as such this time enough is enough, there are other more up front people who want our business. We always give the driver at least £5 tip as well, so bad all round for everyone. I was told to tell remind them next time about the poor service, firstly you should NOT have to remind someone, and secondly that is not what I want. £30 for a meal for one to go in the bin is the last time!!
