• I'm a Regular customer, got there 45 mins before closing after driving home from cheltenham (where I could have easily gotten a haircut) only to be told they were going home soon so couldn't cut my hair!!!!!??? Shocking attitude, business run by kids who don't know anything about customer service and more concerned with leaving early. Just lost a regular customer (and I always tip big) and I'll be telling anyone that'll listen how bad the customer service is.

• Taw hill - supposed to be seen in turn. That is unless your a friend etc. after waiting 15 minutes someone else comes in & was seen straightaway. Shocking business practise.
