Dagenham Motors Plaistow – I made a MOT service and in that branch and that was a disaster. These people are useless. It was very important to me to make everything by 2 pm so I dropped my car early in the morning. They didn’t even start by that time. I agreed to pick it up by 5pm. They didn’t even start that. I said next day by midday. They started MOT test after afternoon. My wife gave them a call afternoon but they haven’t finished. They lied to me that they told her that it was ready to pick up although they didn’t even give her a call. They tried to play with us with an assumption we do not communicate with each other.
They treat their customers like fools. Complete ignorant. That was the last time I was there.
NEVER EVER USE THAT GARAGE!!!
