• Probably the worst conveyancing firm I’ve ever had the misfortune to work with. Dakers Marriott delayed the sale of my property by over a month, due to their sheer incompetence. After a month since completion I’m still owed money, which I’ve had to chase for several weeks. The money owed, again, is due to their incompetence, their invoice was wrong, they were over charging me. Do yourself a favour and find a different firm, especially if you’re expecting good communication, a fast and efficient service – these are definitely not your people. If I could rate zero stars, I would.
