• I was new to pole and started at Danse Vivante in August 2015.. It's boosted my confidence alot and all I can say is if you have any doubts throw yourself in the depend and give it ago. I love it. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly.

• Great dance school I visited last month for my first pole class everybody was friendly and I learnt alot in my first lesson. I've visited a few dance schools and found this the friendliest so far. Can't wait to rebook rebook :)

• Definitely not suitable for beginners!! First time pole dancing ever and what was expected of me was a joke. My first move on a spinning pole was to climb it up to the top the same as the advanced girls, then trying to pull myself up and swing around doing complicated moves.Because I couldn't do any of them I just stood they feeling completely stupid . So after 5 minutes I got my stuff and walked out. For a beginner the moves what the teacher wanted me to do was ridiculous. Personally she needs to learn on her basic teaching and communication skills. She never introduced herself and pretty much left me to my own devices. Not impressed with this dance school at all!!
