• I put my chair and sofa covers into this establishment for cleaning and pressing after a house move. After being quoted £90 for the service, my wife went to collect on the day given by staff. The results were unprofessional to say the least the covers were still damp creased to the point we cannot use them until we find a company that will honour it own standards and practices, instead of putting little stickers on them saying we tried. The price we paid was £110 in the end more than quoted. The staff member was unhelpful and got quite angry and defensive when questioned about the substandard service. I hope they never get a job in the public sector as there would be stickers everywhere saying ,we tried. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone in the future and will not use it myself. Substandard amateur service in short rubbish. Thanks for nothing.View less
