• Go here every week with the boys, and we think it's outstanding. Food is excellent and provides great service, spotless and very nice!

• Having come to your establishment on sunday 2nd march for a carvery myself daughter and my disabled mother I asked the barman if there were any small meals for my mother who can only eat small portioned meals the barman replied NO so I then asked if she could have a childrens meal then came the dreaded word again NO I asked why he said cos childrens meals are free I asked to speak to a manager because I was very annoyed with the reaction from the bar man but that never happened either I said that this is the first place we had come to and got this kind of reaction other places were very happy and considerate to help sadly to say your staff wasn't. In the end we paid for the full meal which was left so the only people who had lost out was us but it seems has long has your company hadn't lost out you were happy this is when a company doesn't care about its customers just its profit.I cannot believe why our oaps don't get the kind of understanding and effort that they deserve asking for a smaller or a childrens meal isn't going to bankcrupt your company other establishments find that there are far many oaps dine out than us younger people so I suggest you take it upon yourselves to try and offer childrens meals to these oaps who have this sort of difficulty if other establishment can offer this service why cant yourselves unless your bank balance comes before being helpful and considerate towards these people. I do hope you can change your policys and have a heart its just nice to beable to take our parents out and not be subjected to this kind of behaviour from you and your bar staff the rest of your waitresses were lovely and charming and considerate.please give oaps the respect they deserve give them their oap meal at the appropriate rates.
