• Awkward staff. Rude and blunt. Make the rules up on parcel collection as they go along. One day will accept collection if you can pick your name out of a list. Next day demand ID and a signature. I sent my partner with my ID to collect a parcel for me and he refused to release it unless I was there in person. I video called to show the assistant I was happy to allow my parcel to be handed to my partner and he basically laughed in his face. Stating that he could not let that happen. I sent my order details to prove it was my item and he refused. I have a disabled child at home and it is very hard to leave the house. He has caused nothing but trouble for me! Avoid!
