• They have taken £600 from our deposit when we ve moved out. This is the worst estate agency we have been with. Its a pity that they are still going after tenant's deposits even though they are supposed to be protected. Thoroughly check the inventory when you move in and ensure that nothing is missed otherwise you will be charged for it at the end of the tenancy and many other unreasonable things - such as carpet steam cleaning twice, repainting the flat's walls and changing of light bulbs that we have purchased and left behind.
