• Brought Lexus from the Drive Cars New Malden, within two weeks of purchase car broke down completely. Called one of the Iranian brother, who did not wanted to know the purchase claiming it was part exchange which technically he is not responsible for. I don't know how many people before me are been cheated this way. But it is shame legally they can't be prosecuted. At least Auto Trader should banned them. I appeal all effected customer to use facebook/twitter all other websites to name and shame them to save other victims. Take there pictures and post it let people know, even if they change companies they should be identified by their faces.

• very rude jerks. don't buy a car from them. i made a mistake of paying them the deposit but then didnot buy the car. I realised later what their rude and insensitive behaviour towards a customer is a bad sign. But the guys are rude stupid jerks.

• I bought a car at the begining of July from Direct car new malden ltd, aka Europcar uk ltd, it broke down withing 2 weeks of purcahse after contacting the company i was told its not there problem its a second hand car, they have refused all contact and corespondence so I am now taking them to court to recover my money, do not use this company there bad news,

• I bought a car from Direct Car sales at the beginning of April 2013. I drove the car approximately 20 miles and whilst driving down a fast and busy road home the car conked out and I had to pull over. Some how I managed to get the car home but with further stops a long the way. I've not been able to drive the car since. Direct car sales were less than useless. When I spoke to the apparent owner of the company He told me "what did I expect from buying a used car" . That was a very expensive cab ride I gave myself then! I also got the original advert they placed on Auto Trader and in the advert it stated the car had full service history which it did not as I found out from Vauxhall themselves. It also stated that it had a full size spare wheel which it didn't. When I asked for a wheel to be supplied or the cost of I was told the tyres were run flats and it didn't need a spare. The tyres are NOT run flats and I still have no spare. He also stated that if I had spent around £10,000 then he would be more willing to fix the problems but as I had spent less he didn't care because his profit would then be a lot less. Direct Car sales also refused to sign for a second letter I had sent and it got sent back to me. They had also advertised themselves as being a member of the RMI. After contacting the RMI I found out they were no longer members and hadn't been since last summer. They were going to send them a letter to advise them to take down their RMI logo. I am determined to get the car up and running at their cost! I wouldn't advise anyone to buy a car from these people.
