  • 1 star reviewOrdered online and waited an hour and a half for a pizza and doughballs, gets here and is freezing, call the customer service no as we want a replacement/refund and they put us through to the rudest manager, Gareth who put the phone down on my extraordinarily reasonable husband, it's 22.49 and we are waiting for an edible pizza! To add insult to injury it is literally at the top of the road so why is it so cold? Did they go via London? Gareth said it was a 2 hour wait tonight but that's not conveyed on the website, it's time to communicate as I would never have ordered had I known! Absolutely appalled at this and really don't want my pizza now, I'm sure it will have some 'special' ingredients now! You guys need to send Gareth on a customer service course after he sends us an apology and maybe try the 30 minutes or your pizza is free approach, or maybe in this case 2 hours and you'll get Inedible rubbish and pay full price for it! Terrible, terrible service! I'm going to bed now, still no pizza, update, it's 11.30 they have closed and no replacement
