  • 2 star reviewFood quite good but disappointing service & arrogant manager. Supplement added to bill that was not on original menu. Requested to look at menu before paying,it showed several supplements. Found out they have two identical food menu's with same basic price, one with supplement's & one without. They removed additional charge. Will not be returning.

  • 1 star reviewPoor service. Average food. Over priced. High end establishment run by amateurs. We live local and eat out frequently, but will never go there again. Avoid!!!!

  • 2 star reviewWent for a meal last night to celebrate my fiance's birthday. It took 25 minutes to take our order, the waiter forgot to give us a wine list and then took a further 15 minutes before we received the wine. Food overall was pleasant, nothing extra special (apart from the tart tatin dessert which was excellent). Service was abismall, twice a waiter took our drinks order, only to forget to bring the drinks over. The staff are all very young and to be fair to them (according to our waitress) made up of ex care home staff and hair dressers. They need to invest in staff training otherwise they won't have a business for long!

  • 2 star reviewMy wife and 2 friends went on sat 16th feb.Upon arrival we were greeted and shown to the bar for a pre dinner drink. We placed our food order and drinks order,20 minutes later we had to ask our waiter where our drinks were, she came back with one drink again we had to ask where were the other drinks. The 4 meals arrived very small portions but large prices. The meals although small were tasty. We then asked for a cheese board for 4 people very nice but no plates to eat off it took another 10 minutes to get the plates.Do not get a table near the entrance as the 2 doormen keep coming in and out and it is freezing. Our overall opinion was that the staff were not trained, the manager was run ragged, and for the prices that were charged it was not worth the visit.
