• Taxi booked on app for 21:45 on 22nd Feb. Booking was confirmed but taxi did not turn up. Not reliable, no communication and poor service. I would have given a zero if the rating allowed

• Booked a taxi well in advance for news years eve; offered to give a reminder- no not necessary. No taxi turned up!!! On phoning to complain was just cut off. NOT RELIABLE-DONT USE. Would rate at zero but rating doesn't exist.
