• First visit (takeaway) - really impressed...very high standard of cuisine across a wide variety of tasty dishes. This restaurant employs expert chefs.

• I have eaten here many a times and the food has been lovely however I ordered for a delivery and during serving the food i realised some of the order was wrong. I telephoned and was told that someone would deliver the correct items. We waited 55 mins with no delivery. When I telephoned them they said they were closed and she would get the manager to telephone me. I did not get a call. I will not be ordering from here again.

• A friend recommended this restaurant to us a year or so ago, and I have to say its the best Chinese I've ever been to!! The staff are lovely, and the food is to die for. We go at least three times. Month to eastern Aroma, and we have NEVER found hair in our food.

• i have been comming here for about 5 years stumbled on it by chance and loved it,,,,,,i have bought my family and friends here who also like it ,,,we do birthdays here which are great as they add a few extras like baloons and decorations ,,,,,.my 16 year old had his birthday here and enjoyed it so its suiutable for all ages ,,,if you havent tried it is a must ...

• I visited this restaurant for my birthday dinner with my friends. Food was nice and decorstiind lovely. Just when I was enjoying my food i found hair in my food this is the second time it has happened having read previous client. Will not recommed this restaurant to any one

• I visited this restaurant on the 30th March to celebrate my birthday. It all started very well with the birthday decorations and ballons. We had our starters which was going down very well. When we started with our mains, i ordered for chow meins and as i was just enjoying the meal, i found human hair in the food. I confronted the waitress who took my plate to the kitchen but not so surprised. Later the manager came to speak to me trying to apologise. All the friends i invited could not continue eating the food because they don't want to risk eating human hair. I told the manager that i was not going to be the full bill as we had to stop eating due to the hair found in the dishes. They insisted we pay the total bill and that they are not responsible by rather the hair had come from one of my friends. This i found very insulting. Not only were they rude but also very unprofessional and not accepting responsibility. They later brought a present for me as I am celebrating my birthday - a bottle of wine. I left it as i did not enjoy the services we were given neither did they accept the responsibility of having human hair in their food. Reading on previous review, this is the second time human hair has been found in their food and i will not recommend this restaurant to anyone as you may not know if you will found or eat human hair in their foods.

• had a fanstastic night ...food is superb ...great choice and quality,,,staff were very freindly and professional even under pressure ...very nice atmosphere was impressed that its a waitered buffet nice to choose and not feel like a school canteen...would definatly recommend to anyone

• We visited this restaurant on Friday 1st feb. After reading a lot of good reviews about this place we thought we would give it a go. Everything was going well up u until I had a mouth full of chow main and to my disgust I had a human hair imbedded in the noodle. I complained to staff who was very apologetic but obviously was put off our dinner and decided we could no longer eat there. The manager still tried to charge us full buffet rate with 10% discount witch we was very disappointed with not to mention this was the first time we had been out without the children in several years. They also gave us a loyalty card with 3 stamp but I am 100% sure I shall not be returning in a hurry. We do understand that mistakes can happen but we felt a 10% discount and 3 stamps on a loyalty card was really not sufficient.

• come all he way from basildon for this place been coming here 10 years had partys here.found it by error one night. it really is top drawer 11 out of 10.every time thanky good nite ...much love xx

• fantastic choice of food from main menu and you can order as much as you can eat. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Would not go anywhere else for Chinese.

• Food is lovely and although it's a buffet price you get to choose your food off of a proper menu and don't have to get what ur given and you dont have to help yourself its all waiter services. Food and staff are lovely. I never go to any other restaurant in Braintree I even use this one for take away.
