• I met Edgewood Vets 4 years ago when I adopted Jack, a Jack russell with problems caused by a bad start. Jack barks and hides when he feels uncomfortable usually with some men and big dogs. The vet wanted to muzzle him which is the wrong thing to do to an animal who is already very timid. All what one needs to do is to speak to Jack who loves people. Anyway I did not come back. I received an invitation from their Maldon site and replied thinking they might be nice, let's try again and they do claim they can help via the app, so I immediately thought video consultation before a visit. But whoever vet started an argument on the app and said my details were removed But eh, this morning just received a marketing email! One is wondering what to believe what they claim or what they do! If you are reading this, Edgewood Vets, to attract more clients may I suggest a friendly approach to pets and owners not just been a cash machine!
