• Poor customer service and a very instatisfied customer left with yellow hair. Recently got my hair done here and was left with yellow and brassy tones. With a 40% discount I was still charged £100 although my stylish who is the owner knew I was unhappy with my hair. Agreed to come back the following week to have a toner applied and the day I was due to go back, I received a message from the stylish saying I would have to pay £30. I am absolutely shocked and horrified that she thinks it is acceptable to try and charge me more in my attempt to fix what she has done wrong. I have never been so unsatisfied with a service. I absolutely hate my hair. I am very disappointed the way this has been dealt with by such a professional. The senior stylish was aware I was unhappy with my hair but as long as she was paid, she did not care about the state She had left my hair in. Never will I return or will I recommend anyone for her services. My hair looks that horrific.
