• Terrible and disgusting, Elisha wouldn't book accurately a booking and then accused me of even having one at the beginning. Avoid at all costs especially if youre coming from Wahanda, NCrowds, Groupon as Elisha will find every excuse for you to not be given an appointment. She even refused to book me and cut the phone when I explained I was upset as I was looking forward to my appointment that was bookes four weeks in advance. ***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***

• this is truly an awful place to avoid at all cost. the manager is so rude and the place is dirty. we booked massage treatments online, turned up and the lady said it is cancelled because another person is off sick and she didnt have time to contact us, we took time off work and travelled far. this is ridiculous customer service. she said there was free parking when in fact you had to pay and then she wouldnt offer us another appt until her colleague returned back to work. we said we would get a refund and she said it is not her problem.
