• Bought an embossing folder from Emerald Crafts. When it arrived it had clearly been used as it was covered in scratches and dirty marks. I will not be using them again.

• I live in Spain and have been dealing with Emerald Crafts for some time, I have always found them to be extremely helpful and their service is very efficient and prompt. I use them when I can and would recommend them to anyone.

• I bought a few cuttlebug all in one embossing folders as they were a good price and as I'd spent over �40 I got free delivery. However, when they arrived, they were not brand new and had clearly been out of the packet. the alphabet pieces were all over the place and one of the letters has been damaged although it embosses fine. I wouldn't buy from emerald crafts again, I would rather pay a few pounds more and get new products. Delivery was very quick.
