• Good experience whilst looking for my dress and trying it on, however as soon as I'd paid my deposit, things went downhill. Lack of communication regarding when my dress would be delivered to the store - had to chase them 4 times via phone and by visiting the shop. Promises to call me and update me weren't kept giving me a complete lack of confidence that my dress would ever actually arrive which it eventually did.... 7weeks late! I then received a call telling me it was in the store and I had to pick it up else I'd be charged a storage fee. Called into the store to be given my dress in a bag and sent on my way. Two other bride friends of mine have also received similar experiences with a lack of communication and interest once your deposit is in their hands
