I had to go to my daughters graduation and also had some family showing up at the eurostar at the same time so needed them picked up and stand showing card with family name on it as they come out and this was the night before that i arranged and paid for 3 cars and all seemed fine but I decided to call an hour before pickup the nextday to make sure and they said Oh I'm sorry some of our drivers did not turn up so we won't be able to do it on time and they wasn't even going to call me leaving my family that doesn't speak any English stranded not knowing where they was going. I had to miss my daughters graduation because of this company. They are totally Un professional Rating history and distribution
