• Lucas from Sweden here, I would like to say I am very satisfied with the sales staff at exclusive autos, this is first time I buy a car in UK & I arranged to purchase a vehicle at very short notice 1 week before xmas and the process was made very simple & easy for me! I will definitely be returning in the future for my next car and would recommend to anyone in the U.K. and my European friends and family if you want to buy from a reliable dealership in the UK, these are your guys!

• Total joke, guys know nothing about cars the car I got about six months ago was a total wreck just like there customer service AVOID, going to be contacting watchdog

• Outstanding Service, The sales team were brilliant in assisting me with making the right decision in my choice of vehicle, as I was spoilt for choice between two cars that I really liked, in the end I purchased a fantastic AUDI S3 which I am delighted with, I would definitely be paying them a visit on my next buy and would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to keep them in mind, splendid :)

• Bought both my last 2 cars from these guys, local to me, cars have been good as gold!!! staff are layed back but helpful, they don't push you into a desperate sale!!

• Complete jokers. Stay well clear something very fishy going on. I drove over 100 miles to view A car only to find some storage containers no office and no staff. DODGY

• stay well clear of this company - purchased a car from them 05/04/14 they come up with an excuse about the logbook and paperwork not being to hand but gave me a written receipt confirming they would forward to me - its noe middle of may about 20 odd phone calls later still nothing! please do not buy from this company they are a shambles!

• Lack of customer service skills during and especially after sale. Car was not as described in the online advert. Watch out as this car garage buys from auctions. Overall I do not recommend buying from this garage.
