• Slightly fraudulent claims when leaving the property. Altered the surrender form after I signed it (showing no damage at all) to show damage to carpet!and then refused to send me a copy of the form when asked. Also refused to send me a photo of the supposed damage. Really very, very dodgy. What they didn't know is that I knew the landlord and he had already detailed to Executive Lets that the carpet was fine. In the end I got all my deposit back but frankly shocking. I would avoid this company at all costs.

• I was a tenant for six months and can honestly say there is no plus side for executive lets. Staff are absolutely useless, calls and meetings have no effect and their inspector is an expert at misrepresenting the information in their inventories to ensure they can charge you for as much of the previous tenants damages as possible. The inspector and agents show up without formal notice and have no regard for the tenants right to privacy. Personal information is given away without authorisation and they will attempt to get their thieving hands on every penny of your deposit regardless of the fact a professional cleaner was paid for prior to leaving the property.
