• Bought a car which had an oil leak on gear box, among other minor faults, the dealer sent the car to his mechanic who made a complete hash of the job which caused a major accident on the M56, wife spent 10 days in hospital, 5 weeks off work. Had the car sorted at my expense, seems the dealer wants to know why I did not give him and his cowboy a chance to put the car right, don't be ridiculous:-)

• I bought an Audi A4 in Oct 13 for £8k and after spending a further £3.5-£4k on it I have had to call it a day. Everything has gone wrong with this and I would not recommend this dealer...BEWARE!

• I bought a Volvo S40 - Diesel on 10/03/2014. The customer service was satisfying. He was a very nice, helpful person and was very informative. So far I have had no problems whatsoever with the car and it has been running smoothly. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from here. I would definitely buy from here again.

• Purchased a Peugeot 407 and have had problems with car with no offer to help. Make sure all faults are rectified before parting with your cash as that is when the customer service stops! Shame as he seemed a nice guy.

• Excellent customer service. Could not have been more helpful. I usually always barter on price but the vehicle was at such I high standard for the price that I didn't feel the need. If I ever need another car I'll definitely go back. Superb!

• I hate car shopping, but dealing with F M Cars was an absolute joy. The dealer is an absolute gent, nothing was to much trouble, his cars are in great condition and well looked after. I can't recommend him high enough and would by from him again in a heart beat.

• Very happy with service provide by F M Car Sales. Description of car on advert and additional info provided over the phone was very accurate and helpful. On strength of this I travelled 170 miles to see car and was not disappointed. Dealer was very helpful and patient while I inspected car and not at all "pushy" to make a sale. Very pleased with car. Recommended dealer.
