• "At Fairlight Lodge Hotel, the customer always comes first" it certainly did not feel that wayBeing told I couldn't have any toast because I talked too much and ate too slow was a surprise . . . !However on balance provided you kowtow to the staff and mind your P's and Q's it is an excellent venue and very good value for money . . . I doubt that I shall be welcome under the present ownershipThe waitress kept referring to her father . . . perhaps he owns the place which is where she got her sense of entitlement from and why she felt it was appropriate to be obstinate to paying guests and to strike them
