• I went in there today because I had my nails done there just over a week ago and they were falling off and chipping, they said they would sort it out for free, but they only done the ones that fell off when you would think they would do all of them seeing as they were grown out, anyway she put the tips on then went off to do another lady leaving me waiting there, when she came back she tried making me get the colour changed for £6 after she got the picture that I wanted to get out there asap she painted them over then told me to put my hands under the dryer.. After 10 minutes I walked out cause it took the mick. The staff are rude and don't make any conversation with you, they speak to their colleagues in their language and laugh which is intimidating. Also they do not accept cash which makes us think they're trying to avoid the tax man.
