• Disgraceful company.. Overcharges customers and doesn't take responsibility. Extremely rude women who have absolutely no customer service skills. When making a complaint.. First tip is to take the customers Name and telephone number and listen to YOUR customers complaints.. (being referred to as the Scotter person instead of taking my name and actually using my name is shocking!!!!) AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE from the rudest 'company' you'll and the rudest "women" with no customer service skills you'll ever experience!. Either need to train their staff or replace with people who actually care for their customers as this company is an embarrassment to Scunthorpe! ONE WORD THAT SUMS UP THIS COMPANY AND ITS STAFF IS DISGRACEFUL!
