• I am afraid that I always avoid going to this post office due to problems in the past,although it is on my doorstep,but due to leatherheads main office being refurbished I went there,I had forgotten about their ridiculous opening hours closed every lunch time and Friday and Saturday afternoons. I therefore drove to bookham post office what a lovely man although very busy he was efficient and courteous

• Worst post office ever. Rude and unhelpful woman behind the counter, trying to figure out what method of postage is best is like getting blood out of a stone. The place feels badly organised and dirty, parcels are sometimes just left on the shop floor like bits of rubbish. No wonder one of mine got lost last week after sending from here. Oh, and they're shut every day between 1pm and 2pm, prime time for lunch hour posting. Take my advice, go to Bookham or Leatherhead.

• What a disgrace to the community this place is. Extremely rude man, more interested in talking to his colleague rather than paying attention to customers. The place should be run by sensible humans!

• Not the friendliest post office around. The two men are ok but rarely smile and the lady is very snappy and grumpy!!! They only seem happy and smile when they are talking to each other. I live very close and have alot of post but I would rather go out of my way and go elsewhere than have to appoach them.
