• very disappointed with my haircut on this visit. I was the only client within the salon and non of the 5 staff offered me a drink ,they appeared to be more interested in colouring one staff members hair than a paying client. My end result resorted in my hair being longer one side than the other. The following day I rang up to complain and was told I would only be offered a quater of an hour slot, which I felt was unexceptable considering I needed to drive over from Torquay and find a parking space. Gemma appeared more interested in getting my hair done quickly so she could leave to watch the carnival that evening and far to busy talking to her collegues. I will never go their ever again. Very disappointed.
