• I am a single lady living on my own and was recommended First Class Rooflines, as I had a lot of roofing, and building work needed to be carried out on my property. And I can honestly say from the first phone call to the time they had finished the work , it has been absolutely fantastic. The workers were very polite and professional. plus it was very hot weather at the time and not one worker had his top off showing off his bits like a lot of builders I see. (it can be embarrassing when you are living on your own). I heard no swearing at any time, which was a nice surprise. It just meant a lot to me that the respect for the customer was there all of the time. The work carried out was brilliant. My son works in construction , but lives too far away to do the work himself but when he came to inspect it, he was very impressed. I was given before and after photos of the work, and in between the stages, so that I knew what stage we were up to and I could also understand where the problem areas were on the roof. For me they ticked all the boxes, professional, polite, respectful and worth every penny plus they were fully insured to carry the work out. Thank you First Class Rooflines :) Would definitely recommend
