• I took my sister to this shop today to redeem a gift voucher. The man was very rude and dismissive. I will never go into this shop again. Dirty, rude, bad customer service.

• I would avoid this place. The staff are rude and do not know what customer service is, the place is shabby and dirty. They have there children in the shop with them, it makes for an uncomfortable experience

• It's dirty, the staff don't have any manners. The TV channels they have on are rubbish. It makes the experience quite painful. The only half reasonable thing about it is the location.
